What happens post uploading DD-214 once a veteran

Recently exited the Air Force through ides with a decision of medical separation with severance. I have had a purposed rating since last June and separated from active duty last week. I uploaded my DD 214 and got confirmation from Vera and my VA health social worker that it’s currently in the VBA system. Allegedly, I’m waiting for someone in Providence, Rhode Island, to finalize my VA rating and make me service-connected. Does anyone know if there is an associated timeline following being a veteran/uploaded DD 214 for the rating to be finalized or could provide additional context on this process? Thanks

It usually takes 4-6 weeks after getting out to have your award finalized. If VA pay is missed due to the delay you will get the backdated funds once everything is processed.

It usually takes a few weeks to a couple of months after uploading your DD 214 for the VA to finalize the rating, depending on workload and verification steps.
