When can you no longer add evidence and must wait until you get out to address botched ratings or additional med records

At what point can you no longer include new medical evidence and submit 21-438s or fight your unofficial purposed VA ratings in the IDES process? The AF hasn’t officially declared me unfit for service and told the VA to press with proposed VA ratings for all my conditions in the post-IPEB stage. I’m aware that for my boardable conditions only, I can get a rating reconsideration once. I’m trying to take advantage of any dwell and ensure my ratings are appropriate while still in. Thanks

If you have your proposed VA ratings already then its too late. Since everything is in the background its hard to know where they are at with your claim before that happens. So if you have proposed ratings you will need to wait to appeal until after you get out. If you don't have the prosed ratings yet I would give it a try and submit more evidence.
