Windows 8 issues

Ok folks, why is it we cannot log onto the VA site (Ebenifits) if we are running a IE 11, they told me I need to use IE 8..... well isn't it dandy, I have Windows 8 on my computer and it won't run anything less than IE 11.
Anyone have a fix other than going out and buying an older computer?

there are several fixes out there, search for "explorer 11 compatibility issues" useally just going into properties of IE and running the site in compat mode is good enough, but sometimes its more complex.

I have used both Firefox and Chrome for eBenefits.

Yep. The Chrome is Version 34.0.1847.116 m. Firefox is 28.0. Both have no trouble getting in eBennies. They don't make the info in eBenefits any more reliable or current, but they get you in.
