Wait Time For Providence, RI

DAV says my package is in Providence "Pending" but is moving forward. If that is the case it has been pending for 3 months and I'm not so hopeful to be on my way out shortly after Christmas.
I would like to say Congrats to all of those members who have received their well earned benefits. Thank you all for sharing your experiences. For those of you who have received your ratings, CONGRATS! And for the others who have yet to see their ratings come in, please keep up the good work and your heads up-we all will see news sooner than later hopefully!

You will realize that the dates and expectations magically change once they have been busted.
As soon as you bust a timeline, the start date is ACTUALLY a date later than you expected and not what you thought...so dont worry Amn Snuffy! You are our top priority...now go away.
So what date do they go by? My package was sent to the Va (providence) and AFPC in August and determine unfit in September. Which date do I go by August or September? I already know to expect to wait longer since their taking cases from Seattle and no longer require mandatory overtime.
the date it arrived at VA is the "start" of the VA averages, BUT if you go by the "guidelines" from the IDES handout it started the day your narsum first arrived at AFPC (afpc is only supposed to be a few day process, but it has been taking 4-6 weeks, so you could add about 30 days onto the 120 if you wanted a real "average". The VA does nothing with your C/P exams until they receive the unfit notice from the IPEB.
currently the Average time for rating decision at Providence is 118 days, so I would count the 120 from date your unfit memo went to them for the "mean". really from what I have seen its anywhere from 80 earliest to 180 latest, so if you agree with everything you could put your window at 110 days to 270 days until your out.

Congrats brii but I agree with frank this sucks my package was sent a week before yours and I'm still waiting oh well I guess it's just a luck of the draw but hopefully we all here soon for a nice Christmas present
Decided to call the VA again now a few weeks later. A very helpful rep said my case had already been reviewed and has been awaiting a rating where there's no time frame. This apparently has been the case for a few months. Does it really take that long just to rate a package? I'll be at 120 days next week.

Mine was up in August and the most anyone can tell me is it is in the Development Phase. Buddy of mine sent his up 5 weeks ago and has it back already. I can understand being patient, but when everything is completely random it slowly starts to get to me. Congrats though dude!
