Does anybody have an idea of when all of your DBQs should be uploaded to the Tricare portal after all appointments are complete? Mainly my head to toe exam, I completed it on 16 NOV, and see nothing yet for it in my records.

Mine were uploaded ~10 days after the appointment. Some of the files were corrupted and did not open. You’ll get an extensive copy of everything once your NARSUM is done.

How soon after all QTC appointments should I expect to be signing my NARSUM?
 
17 Dec: contacted by QTC, they’re missing a DBQ, wasn’t completed and they’re pending VA clearing me having an appointment scheduled

They told me I have to ?? And supposedly it’s for my gastritis because the original DBQ form they used wasn’t the form used for gastritis, so Monday I have an appointment by phone to discuss, possibly, I say possible because QTC told me the doctor might not even call….

Thats crazy, hopefully you get in touch with the Doc on Monday. Remind them to expedite this request because its their fault.

You only got a proposed rating now. You will know if you are P&T when you receive your final VA letter. This will happen after your retirement date.
