Is it PDRL or TDRL?
If you know where to find that out let me know cuz I have no idea.
Did you sign your 199 and agreed to the findings? Your 199 should tell you if you are PDRL, TDRL or getting a severance pay.
You won’t know until you get your final VA letter in the mail after your separation date.
VA doesn't determine if you're PDRL, TDRL or if you would be receiving a severance pay. That's the military or PEB determination.
Again, your 199 should clearly tell you if you're PDRL, TDRL or Severance pay.
I'm in the Army, currently on terminal leave. At first my 199 was for Severance pay (10% DOD). I appealed and my case got accepted and received a new 199 starting PDRL (50% DOD).
I think won't be TDRL b/c less than 30%.
