Hey everyone this is something that I have experienced recently when it comes to my CRSC backpay. After waiting for two months and calling 2 to 3 times a week since August I was told that I wasnt going to receive backpay. Knowing that this was incorrect I asked the representative had an audit been done for backpay and the rep told me there was not one completed and that I needed to fax a request in to have an audit to be conducted. So essentially we have to fax them a request in order for them to do their job. After requesting an audit it was discovered that I was being overpaid by 80 bucks a month which they quickly fixed but STILL no backpay. Had I not asked for an audit who knows how long it would have taken for them to realize their mistake and you can bet your bottom dollar i would have had to pay all that money back because of their mistake. I would do both methods as i received a response within 3 hours of sending them an inquiry a week ago.
