Confusion on presumptive back pay related to 2022 Pact act.

Make sure you include the other required documents, i.e., Retirement Orders, Retirement Points Statement if reserve component, DA-199 PEB Findings
 
Damn.. The DA 199. I just faxed all but that wasn't in it.

I went to the State VA office. I wanted someone to look it over and help. The gentleman in tgere had no clue. I explained that presumptive conditions now qualify and excepted for filling a claim for CRSC. He looked at me, "Burn pits, toxic exposure, skin diseases. " I had said.
Then his reply, " Thats not combat incurred. "

It was at that point, I knew he was in a position to guide and help, yet clueless. He said," Vietnam Veterans have been denied for year."

I said they should file again..

I couldn't find anyone locally to look my packet over.

Iwas only able to fax 69 pages 10 at a time

Hello,

Why did you seek CRSC help from the VA?
The VA does not process CRSC applications nor approve them.

You should be able to get CRSC assistance from a Veterans Service Officer (VSO) at:

The AMERICAN LEGION
VFW
DAV
Many counties have VSOs.

If you got their business card by any chance can you take a pic and PM it?
 
Exactly, I went there to ask for help locating a VSO. They didn't know where I could find one.

It was the Houston County Service Officer for Dothan AL.
