It has been along time since I have been on the site. My situation is that I was MEBed a few years ago with a rating of 40%. I was a guard member. I am now receiving 100 % from the VA for Gulf war problems.
I have been told that I will receive both VA and Mil pay when I reach the age...

With the help of Jason as my representative I was awarded 40% at my MED. I was a guard member and have to wait until I am 60 to receive benefits.
