I suppose to receive a severance pay between May to June 2016. So my question is this when i suppose to receive a severance pay tax refund?

I have the same question when I suppose to claim the refund for my severance, I going to receive the severance on May but already file my taxes last Jan 16. So my question is this i claim it the refund for taxes next year?

From feb 05, was on PEB and feb 16 is when PEB finish the 199, I didn't wait to sign because the 199 was correct.

Mine went to "development letter sent" on FEB 05 and signed my 199 on FEB 16, waiting for TRANSPOC

Warrior664 let me see if I understand for the condition the I had been PEB-referred unfit then I already out of the army and VA grants me after re-evaluation 30%. The DoD grants me 10% when I signed the 199 so my question is Can appeal to the army after I already out or before get out?

Update, I call my Peblo today and she said they done with my ratings waiting for 199 and she going to call me by the end of this week or next Tuesday. I receive my unfit memo on 20Jan16.

I'm new on this MEB process, I check my ebenefit yesterday said "Pending decision approval" today change to Gathering of evidence. When I check in historical claim said" Decision Notification Sent" and they close the claim today 05Feb16. What's mean? What's coming next?
