    Potential MH Rating Inputs Requested

Wow! That's quite a substantial change, or I should say, 'plus up'?? Anyway, I hope that is a good result for you!

    Question on prep for decision

I know how you feel. Last year, I was told that if my case went beyond 4-5 weeks with no answer, it likely meant I was UNFIT, yet low and behold, 2 months to the day later, I get called and am told that I was found FIT. I think every case is just different, but your PEBLO should still be...

    NAVY IPEB TIMELINE

I'm never quite satisfied with the whole "I don't know" answer, myself. Somebody knows. Below are a few contact numbers at standard Navy major Medical sites. I'd call one of them and ask. If they get upset, explain the situation, and I'm sure they would understand why you are calling. There...

    My Timeline, to date. Questions.

I feel kind of silly, since this is my 2nd PEB and I'm just now noticing these things...LOL! Thanks again. Not sure how accurate it is, but it's good to see end dates if nothing more than to feel like there is sense of closure somewhere in all of this!

    My Timeline, to date. Questions.

Awesome. Thanks for the info I'll update my 'sig' block as well. Mine states 12/22/2016 - 03/23/2017. Thanks again!

    My Timeline, to date. Questions.

So, as is in my Timeline in my Sig Block I just created, here's where I'm at. I'm seeing people who have dates associated with their eBenefits as to when a decision is expected, though I do not have this information in my eBenefits. When will this information 'pop' into my eBenefits? Will that...

    Potential Migraine Rating Inputs Requested

I'll see how the results come back. If I'm not happy with them, I'll appeal, and I will all come out in the wash then, as they say. But I also think (though I hate to do it) that I need to go in to sickcall for every migraine I get to ensure the history shows as much. Thanks for the input!

    Potential Migraine Rating Inputs Requested

The VA Medical Evaluator said "Once a month" was the most frequent he could input into the system. I questioned it, but he swore that to be the truth. I get 2-3 that last from 1 to 6 days each per month.

    Potential Wrist/Knee Rating Inputs Requested

Like I said in the Migraines thread, I won't hold anyone's 'feet to the fire' if you suppose wrong on the rating, but every case is idiosyncratic, and one little piece a verbiage here or there could make a difference, right? My Wrist, honestly, is the worse of the two, but my Knees DJD are no...

    Potential Migraine Rating Inputs Requested

I promise, I won't hold anyone's opinions against them if my ratings come back different than what you think!! ;) Any thoughts/inputs would be welcome. This condition, in particular, could be a big difference maker between me receiving overall a 50 or 60, or 60 or 70 percent, depending on how...

Awesome!! Thank you both for the clarification and response. Really appreciate you taking the time to respond!

    Potential MH Rating Inputs Requested

Last one...I promise. I know MH conditions can be 'sensitive', so I'll ask you not to 'judge me' too harshly based on my conditions, but here goes...to me, it reads almost Verbatim as 30%, but if not, please let me know and why. This is not my primary condition, and though I was working for an...

    Potential Wrist/Knee Rating Inputs Requested

So these are two conditions I'm also wondering about. I have pretty 'bad' tendinitis for my Wrist, but there's not much they can do, so I just press on. Same with my knees, but for those, it's Degenerative Joint Disease. To me, it looks as if possible 20% for wrist and 10% for...

    Potential Migraine Rating Inputs Requested

Since I found the "Conditions and Ratings" page, I figured I'd try to get some input/verification for four of the conditions I am being evaluated for and feel may result in 10% or greater; this is condition #2. My C&P states the following: 1. Diagnosis ------------ Does the Veteran now...

    Potential VA Ratings for Back

Thanks for the confirmation, and no, those are my 'only' issues with my back that they can tell, since I can only have a CT Scan and not an MRI, due to having a Spinal Cord Stimulator implant. I was just curious. Like I said, my Groin is my most limiting issue, yet I'll be lucky to get 10% for...

    Potential VA Ratings for Back

I'm actually only going up DoD for Groin Issues, as that is my main 'complaint/problem', but a close 2nd is my lower back. I have no record, or need for, surgery, I've been told, and have, per my C&P: [X] Degenerative arthritis of the spine [X] Spondylolisthesis [X] Other Diagnosis a. Initial...

    Getting condition added at FPEB

Sorry you didn't get the desired result; does that mean you are getting DoD 10% severance? Did the VA rate you for your shoulder? I also am concerned about the potential to add conditions at the FPEB, since I was only referred for 1 Condition this time, when last year, I was referred for 3...

    IPEB--2nd Go-around--Questions

Also, in discussions with my detailer, he seems to believe that if I come back as FIT again, he can place me in something called a "Quad 9" billet at a command that has several personnel with my same designator, to which I'm not negatively affecting the Command, but at the same time, getting...

    VA findings Timeline

To me, this is the most difficult part about getting out of the service in this manner. When one retires or separates, they know well in advance, can plan Terminal LV dates, etc. My PEB pkg (2nd one--last year came back FIT) was just mailed off two weeks ago, and this go around, it does not...

How does my case look? Please help

If you have a strong NMA, as well as, all of that paperwork from your Physical Therapist is included in your medical record, I don't see why the board would find you UNFIT, and even if it isn't, yet, and your NARSUM (from your Orthopedic Dr., I presume) is not promising and is worded in such a...
