I go and talk to my peblo once a week and she says the same thing "nothing yet" I have lost all faith in her. It's like I'm asking too much of her to do her job. She claims to have a bunch of cases but I talked to her assistant and she said she only had 5 other cases.

I did some research getting your gallbladder removed is like getting your appendix removed. It does not hinder your day to day life. So in reality you dont rate it. Sorry brother. Not everything can be claimed. Continue to update us and I hope I'm wrong.

are you trying to raise your VA percentage? does having your gallbladder removed make you disabled or is it similar to having your appendix removed? if so you don't rate a raise. This is my opinion.

You have to have a limited duty chit. It makes no sense for the DoD to look in to medically separating you and you hav not limitations what so ever.
