I was referred late April of 2022 and still haven’t received IPEB findings. I was PEB accepted in September. I would get in contact with your VA MSC. They’re the best resource for figuring out what’s going on with that stuff. The PEBLO’s can only tell you what your status is on their reports.

Anyone who has submitted a VARR recently - is the timeline to hear back from the VA a few weeks or a month plus?

Just got off the phone with the VA. Says closed online for me but they said my proposed ratings are actually still in progress and will be done next week sometime. So I guess that's why I don't have a letter online yet.

It's only a few days for it to get to your PEBLO once the VA returns ratings to the board? I've heard varying things, such as multiple weeks.

Your package is probably being wrapped up nicely at the PEB for the next week or two before they come drop it down your chimney lol

I would plan on not getting anything back until March to be honest. As far as your unit, there are a lot of protections in place for us while going through this process. Do some research and know your limitations. It might make your command mad but it is really out of their hands.

Nope your command cannot do anything. The PEB is way above them. Just do your best to keep things cordial with the command until you’re out. VA ratings are taking around three months right now from when you were found unfit.

PEB finds you unfit -> VA gives PEB ratings for your conditions -> PEB sends findings to your PEBLO -> you sign findings and send them back -> personnel processes you for separation and sends EAS/orders I can’t give you specific timelines because they don’t really exist unfortunately. I do know...

I was told by a VA rep that the VA raters for IDES use a separate system to record ratings and whatnot. So supposedly no one else at the VA has access to our results until we separate and they’re finalized. Not sure if that’s 100% accurate but just thought I would share.
