So, long story short, yes, all VA-rated conditions are permissible to apply for. They will review and potentially approve any condition that is Presumptive, even if one does not put it in as we've discussed before. Not so much for other conditions unless they're obvious like Tinnitus. If...

Close, but no, CRSC is based on length of service, so, it'll be $3987 + $436. Since you only had 6 1/2 years, it's high-36 x 2.0% (due to being under BRS) x 6.5 as you cannot have VA comp + DOD comp, it's one OR the other. Obviously, the VA comp pays you more which takes the DOD 60% completely...
