@RonG Actually reading that page now. Just thought the DA 199 being combat related was good enough. Will submit awards and such stating the same for combat related. Do you know how to find out if the VA coded the PTSD/MDD as combat related? I have my C&P exams that say combat related as well...

I have a similar situation. They approved two items, but not my PTSD and MDD which was diagnosed combat-related, and is om my DA 199. I am going to resubmit. I have awards from the combat zones and NCOERs. What else should I submit to prove? Thank you.

Some on this claim are increases from previous service-connections, and then the rest are new for this claim. I have three ratings for separate claims that didn't get applied to this home. Hopefully making sense. Thank you!

Question, I just got my 199 and proposed va ratings, but my VA is still showing examining evidence phase. Doesn't the VA have to finish everything for the 199 to be fully done?

Should've stated follow on exams from MEB VA claim. 3 for medical opinion, 1 for clarification. I'm not sure if it has adjourned, PEBLO said that the VA was finalizing my DA 199. Just wonder what happens to the four items that were deferred for the 4 exams.

Long story short, currently in the PEB phase since 26 Dec. The VA ordered four more exams now, but did provide the proposed ratings to my PEBLO. Where I'm confused is I was told that the VA is finishing the 199, and will forward to the PEB. Is this when they decide the fit/unfit decision and...
