The 2nd claim is for finalization once they get a copy of your DD-214. It won't close out until after you have been discharged.
That being said, don't forget to give your MSC a copy of your DD-214 once you get it before you leave.
Just my opinion, but reaching the 30% with back or knee issues is always tricky due to the tests performed to determine the rating.

Make sure to download the VA DBQ form for Fibromyalgia diagnosis to be aware of what they will be checking.
Also, per their language, it helps to have seen a Rheumatologist if possible.
