Yes it should go right back to the VA, I'd suggest a couple of days after your appointment and call the VA to follow up.

Honestly I would imagine it will slow your process a bit, just the fact that you need a new appointment and the doctors have like72 hours to submit their notes.

Mine was sent Middle of October, and finalized November 6th. I'm still waiting to sign my findings now; I'm sure Thanksgiving slowed it up a bit. But give it a couple weeks and just keep check your ebenefits for what it becomes a historical claim.

It goes back to the PEB so they can register you accepted it, then HQMC generates your new EAS.

The VA will generate your proposed ratings, and then send them back to the PEB for final lookover. Then the PEB will send everything to your PEBLO for you to sign.

So if the VA rated me at 40% for my knee I was found unfit for, I should get that 40% from the DoD or am I misunderstanding?
