60% from the Army 90% VA I used the DFAS Calculator with 3271 as high 3. Plugged in the numbers and I got 1963 TOTAL from VA with Army offset. Is the DFAS Calculator accurate.. meaning am I supposed to use my High 3 If I am getting medically retired?
