I signed Da199 about 15 days ago. No orders either.

Bilateral Factor: 10% combined with 10% = 19% plus 1.9 bilateral factor = 20.9% which rounds to 21% which rounds to 20%. This was the rating given.

I had surgery on both hips. I received DOD rating of 10% for left hip and 10% for right hip. My rom did not qualify me for an extra 10%. I will be medically separated.

On the Va app, it finally says closed step 5/5. Below it in the What you’ve claimed section, it says “none noted”. Did it say “none noted” for you?
