I've been reading a lot of threads to try to get some insight into the MEB process but I still have so many questions.

I was told on Jan 12th 2023 that I was going to be referred to AMRO and on Jan 26th 2023 ACC code 37 was applied. What happens next? should I be expecting the PEBLO to reach out to me? how long does it usually take for the PEBLO to reach out?

It's largely a ton of waiting. They'll meet at a local board to determine fit/unfit, your commander will be asked to give a statement on whether or not to retain you. Then you have va appointments, then another board to determine fit/unfit. You can agree or disagree with findings. Then once va appointments are complete they'll go to the va for rating. Then back to dod for the dod rating(currently where im at on my timeline).

Your peblo should go through this with you. I could be missing info but this is what i can remember at this moment

Ok update the Peblo contacted me a little over two weeks ago and said she was waiting on my NARSUM and CIS. Almost every post I've seen they have gotten theirs fairly quickly after being coded 37. What is taking so long?

I can't be sure. My therapist completed my narsum with me in the office and had me read it over before she sent it. My leadership were the ones who suggested I get Medboarded so they were on alert for my paperwork anyway. Have you tried asking your shirt?

Ok time to rant a little. Emailed the Peblo roughly two weeks ago which marked a month and a half of waiting for my NARSUM. I had asked her if she could reach out to my provider to see if it has even been started. She finally responded yesterday telling me that we only have 2 MH providers and that the NARSUM takes several days to write because it is complex. She's not even communicating with my provider! I get it that it takes a few days to write the NARSUM but its been 2 months!
