Camp Lejeune timeline

I'm sure the flood gates will open soon and we'll be buzzing with info here soon. I found peace when I stopped calling Jeff and just accepted things will come as they come. My PEBLO is probably thanking God I stopped asking what's going on.

Looking at @TheMeatLocker timeline jarred me a bit realizing you could get 100% stating you're unfit, only to be found fit. Pray that that nightmare doesn't come to pass. Glad the aforementioned user fought it and was found unfit after fighting it though.

Called Jeff this morning, "You will likely get your results by the end of this week" after letting me know I'm in QA. Remains to be seen but still consistent with what I've been told.

I called him around 4:30 on Friday and got the same answer. Let’s hope it works out. Also, I’m pretty sure the number is either Jeff’s cell phone or a mobile work phone because he answered while he was driving and had me call him once he was home lol. That man puts in some work, thank god someone gives us answers.

Imagine how smooth things would go if there was a DoD tracker for the PEB, and branch specific trackers for the MEB. So many phone calls to the PEBLO wouldn't be necessary, and so much anxiety would be avoided. I don't know where you could solicit an idea like that, but I bet it would save a lot of headache.

They could pay one 20 year old software engineering major to make a website that just has steps where you’re at in the a PEB. Literally just reskin like the domino’s pizza tracker but med board steps lol. It would cost them little to nothing in the bucket of DOD money.

The Army had a tracking system for IDES and it not only had where you were at but also the average time for each step Army wide. Without explanation they shut it down and stated the numbers weren't accurate. My guess is the transparency didn't make them look good LOL. That's because the average time for each step were way longer than the standard.

Sadly, that's probably exactly the reason we can't track it.

Marines & Navy have a LIMDU tracker which tracks a medboard all the way up to the PEB: then it's radio silence from there. Shows everything from referral NARSUM, C&P exam summary, MEB level doctor deciding if more cases should be added and why or why not, IDES/LDES selection form, and lastly your convening authority which follows the IMR, rebuttal, and personal statement.

Why they decided the best course of action was to appoint one man, one LEGEND, named Jeff as the representative for two entire branches as our only way to get updates at the PEB level is absolutely mind boggling to me. The longest phone call I've ever had with the man was 4 minutes and 3 of those minutes were "hold on my system is booting up..." followed by "gimme your social".

It feels like I'm getting pranked here. Imagine the job title. "Sole representative of the PEB for two branches of the biggest military on earth". Hope it pays well.

Anyone else get there findings?
I didn’t get mine but my buddy just got the call. His PEB was accepted on the 19th of April. Mine was a few days before his so I’m hoping mine is in this wave.

How we get this number for Jeff? Lol

The 19th.. the PEB sure does work in mysterious ways. I hope it's literally grabbing a stack of papers and they work from the top down. Believe it or not that makes too much sense so it's probably not what actually happens.

I talk shit but I'm pretty damn nervous.

Yeah, I have no clue. My only guess is it's because he's a SNCO they finished his first. Mine went up on April 17th as well so it "should" be back before his. But in reality if we were fit we probably would've already gotten our results. They don't do all of QA if you're fit I was told.

I don't think rank matters here but it IS the military so rank will always matter. But I'm gonna keep my cards close to me and hold off on any confusions til the end of the month. When findings come back I'm gonna finish checking out and wait for the hammer to fall on everything. Good to hear progress on some fronts though.

20240402 Checked LIMDU Smart (I think this is exclusive to DoN but I could be wrong) and saw that my DBQ files were posted there. I guess that's my recourse for all the trouble I had with Tricare Online.

Barring mental health, almost everything came back resoundingly in my favor. NMA was also confirmed to have been submitted to my lawyer from my PEBLO after checking this.

I'm slightly annoyed that fibromyalgia didn't get added to the DoD side of things given that a work up was attempted and failed due to local resources being lacking. I can't be too upset though, I'm beyond the 30% threshold for my referred condition so there's not really a fight to be had there.

Final review with my lawyer scheduled for tomorrow.
How do you have access to Limdu smart?

You gotta be on a government computer. Not sure what the Navy's got but it only works on MCEN computers for me. https://edq.med.navy.mil/LIMDU Make sure there's the "s" next to http or it will give you a communication error. IMG_4078.jpegIMG_4079.jpegIMG_4080.jpeg

Took these photos of LIMDU Smart for another motivator on here. It shows everything up to the submission of your medboard to the PEB.

When you input the link it will redirect you to limdusmart.health.mil when you log in with a CAC.
