Chances for a RTD?

A year ago I was placed on TDRL for tendonitis on both wrists and my pelvic had a slight fracture on it that wouldn't heal since the Army wouldn't let me just sit around and rest it. Now, a year later, I'm fine, haven't had any problems since the beginning of the year. The tendonitis was due to pregnancy (had two back to back pregnancies), which the Army pretty much agreed on. Now that I'm no longer pregnant my body has returned to normal. I've been a stay at home mommy so my hip has had time to heal. I can run and jump with no problems (before walking would hurt).

My eval is supposed to be sometime in January, I'd like to be returned to duty. What all will I need to show them or do to prove I'm fine now? I've yet to go to a doctor since getting out. Would I need to see my civilian doc and get some x-rays to prove I'm fine, or go to the VA, or just wait until my eval?

Also, what are my chances for being found Fit?

Thanks!

That is what the eval is to determine. But supporting documentation brought to the eval would help also.
