Cold Urticaria Process & Retainability

I am in the Air Force and recently went to my allergist and was diagnosed with cold urticaria and given an epi-pen for “risk of anaphylaxis”. I was also given antihistamines which seem to be working pretty well. I was also given nasal sprays for my other allergies (dogs/cats). My question is, will this likely lead to a MEB that will cause separation or retirement? I’ve been in for 3 years and would really like to finish my 6 year enlistment. I would like to have some info on the probability of these outcomes, and which is the most likely. This site has been so helpful, thanks!
