Current step confusion

I’m confused, my current step is medical exam and it says it was reported today 9/28 and in the chart it says it’s completed. Does this mean I’m about to receive my qtc appointments?

I couldn't take this chart to heart. Mine says I am on VA Rating, when actually I started my Transition stage last Monday.
