PEB Accepted Case April 7th
Package was at Presiding Officer on April 29th
Package is at Pre-VA QA as of May 5th
Ebenefits opened new claim "Under Review" May 24th
Ebenefits puts IDES Historicals on June 6th
Package is back at PEB for DOD rating/final QA on June 8th
Waiting on Findings to come in. Peblo told me that it takes two months? I have also seen some people finding their ratings 27 - 36 days after hitting historicals. Did anyone get a letter from the VA of their ratings I never did even though the VA says they will. Anyone have similar timeline want to share?
I received a letter of additional conditions to claim however no percentages the VA told me that over the phone. As far as timeline when I spoke to MSC he said it takes any where from 30-60 days from the time the PEB receives the case back from the VA.
I just talked to the VA and they said they mailed the letter to my peblo that I just spoke with yesterday and no update from him. The VA also said he could no tell me my propose ratings over the phone? You know how it is just frustrating some people get info and others don't. They don't have a set in stone guidance to follow
My claim went historic on the 7th, still no ratings yet. Hoping this week. The PEB had my package still as of last week but my PEBLO told me it should be this week that he receives it. Hopefully. lol Hopefully.
Well are packages went historical one day apart and our peblos are telling us two different things. For both our sake I hope that your peblo is more accurate. It would sure be nice to know something this week or even end of next week after the holiday.
My ratings with the VA closed on May 7th and I still haven't heard anything regarding my DoD %. I got on the VA chat on Friday and requested my VA ratings. They gave me the normal talk to your PEBLO spill and I stated that I was frustrated as it had been almost 2 months and I deserved to know my ratings since they are rating issues that I face daily and they faxed them to me right then. So I know my VA % but not if I am P&T and not my DoD %.

From all you gents saying that I assume that nothing is getting done this week and keep fingers crossed for next week I'm gonna call my PEBLO on Wednesday which will be 36 day for me since it left va and arrived at PEB. I'm pretty sure all of ours are together and we will all get findings the same week that is how it looks like it goes once they get a bunch of packages they send them through each stage together.
I called my PEBLO yesterday my claim was closed may 24 and the peb got it back in hand on June 8 so it been there 35 days now he said he is not going to start asking question until August. Didn't even look to see if movement I'm prob gong to call peb today and ask what is going on find out if it is actually moving and not just sittin on a desk from looking at other post it was pretty quick after va closes and sends back to peb about two months ago I was seeing people get there findings about 36 days after sent back

My claim closed May 7 and I haven't heard anything yet. I was told by my PEBLO that it is in the rationale phase and when I called the PEB they said that the rationales were backlogged and that was what is taking so long...but who knows what the actual truth is.
