How do I know when the VA sends them back to the PEB? Once the PEB receives them, that is when they do up the 199?

You won't know unless your like me and call the va 800 number everyday to see if they proposed ratings yet, literally I called everyday Monday through Friday from when it was sent to va till this past Friday when they finally finished my ratings which was about 40 days.yes when the peb receives them is when they start to generate the 199
When does it go from preparation decision phase to pending decision approval phase?
Once the PEB receives the packet back they review and apply the ratings now they see fit and then they send it to the 199 writer. This takes about 2 weeks or so.

Correction on that, it changes to pending decision approval when the va finishes the preliminary ratings and sent it back to the PEB. (Supposed to anyways...)
There must be something wrong with the ebenefits site. I can't seem to log on to it. It keeps giving me a stupid error message saying they are unable to locate my record based on the information that I have provided. What?

My Christmas wish is that whoever is in the 199 phase or near or even in the TRANSPOC stage, that they get their stuff completed.

Why is it that PEBLO's don't want to help you out? I have gotten more information from a PEB analyst than I have from my PEBLO. I called my PEBLO today to see if she had any updates. She blatantly told fme that there are no updates, but that isn't true. My stuff went to the VA for prelim's. Plus she updated the AKO MEB/PEB part on 7 November @ 1600. I am to the point of not contacting her at all.
My status on ebennies changed to pending decision approval nov 8 then I called 800 # to confirm but contacted my Peblo today and he said that in the system he didn't see where anybody from the VA looked at it, but doesn't pending decision approval mean a decision was made?
SPC Leggett, when it moves to pending decision means they have made a decision and then your package goes back to the PEB for them to do the ratings and the 199.

SPC Leggett, I am not sure. It should be like a couple of weeks. I am still waiting for mine to change from preparation for decision to pending decision.
Mines changes to preparation for decision on nov 6 then pending decision approval on the 8th
