I was PDRL in 2014. 100%DoD, 100%VA and last month 100% CRSC with 6 years of back pay. I read through all the HR 1282 legislation and am still confused
My total retired pay @75% of high 3 COLA adjusted is $6173. $4072 is VA offset, DOD portion is $2100 and CRSC is $538
If the legislation passes, would concurrent receipt be $6173 (full DOD at 75% because of Chap 61 retirement) + $4072 (VA) OR longevity DOD ~ $2638 + VA $4072 which would be no change and default to CRSC because of the tax advantage?
