Peb accepted 6 June

Quick update: Got off the phone with VERA. They said it's assigned to someone and that the latest access was on the 4th of August.

I just popped into my PEBLOs office for a chat. The PEB have had my VA ratings since Aug 2nd.

PEBLO stated that original 2-3 month timeline they gave me is no longer accurate. They said now it is more like 3-4 months. They said I should hopefully be hearing from them in 10-40 days. So I get to hurry up and wait some more.

3-4 months from PEB accepted? Yea we used to worry that the VA would take forever now shit has flipped.

Originally when my PEBLO sent off my stuff they said 2-3 months before I would be signing off on my stuff. Now it is 3-4 months. I am 11 weeks in now so theoretically I should be presented my findings in 10-40 days. I will not hold my breath though

you and I got sent to PEB on the same day (AUG 2nd) They do it by the date it was sent from the VA to them in order. This means we would get our Findings the same day or a few days apart maybe. I have the littlest hope left.

i was hoping to have a separation date end of OCT. it’s becoming less likely each week that passes.

I’m sitting at >3 months since going to the PEB, but my VA claim went back after yours.

I’m curious where your PEBLO got 10-40 days. I heard they had a backlog because the VA did a push and PEB is working through TDRL and first time cases, but heard it would be anywhere from this week through 2-3 more weeks.

I am 11 weeks in so next week will be 3 months. So based on their guesstimate of 3-4 months is why they told me hopefully 10-40 days.

What is the first time cases. Might be a dumb question just never heard it.

Same here 11 weeks since PEB accepted
6 Weeks since case was closed. While I don’t have kids i still have job offers that I can’t accept because of this hold up.

There was another DoN person that had their VA stuff sent on July 27th, and he got his findings on August 24th, so I think you really aren’t that far behind. Like could be any day now.

So does IDES come first out of them all?
I think it’s just ordered received. Like the PEB has to evaluate both normal IDES cases (us) and TDRL cases (folks that went through IDES already and are being re-evaluated). So they have both to look at.

I got some good advice on this, I accepted a hybrid job offer that starts in the Fall, and will just start using my leave at that point to do both, or, I already talked to them about a start “range” in case things slide right.
