Possible admin sep questions

Hey guys, just looking for some advice from those with experience. So i went to see the clinic psychologist about a week ago for anxiety, its been going on for about 4-5 years now and could be related to ptsd, she was pretty helpful and is recommending some therapy but also a fit for duty evaluation. She also mentioned the possibility of going on LIMDU so that i can stay in the area and go to therapy since i am also supposed to PCS in about 2 months. After trying to do some research it seems like there are a lot of mixed answers out there. I've been in for 7 years, currently on my second enlistment. My biggest concern is getting separated with anything besides an honorable discharge. I've never been in trouble but i've heard of commands pushing for other characterizations due to the member not being world-wide assignable. Any advice or idea about this? Thanks
