I know the PsA is rated of per joint and I believe the Psoriasis is rated off the Humira use. So that would be 10% per joint w/bilateral factor and I think 60% with psoriasis because of Humira use and corticosteroids.

My case after begging and getting the patient advocate involved was finally sent to AFPC for Fit/Unfit. Has anyone had it come back fit with 5 disqual conditions and immunosuppressant use? I can't deploy, PT test, do AFSC, TDY, and am always absent for Med appointments.

My PEBLO has been less than helpful and is not fond of me, but said a decision would be made this week

You’ll be found unfit. I was just found unfit for same conditions. And yes you’re correct about how they rate it.

Is there a way to check the AFPC disposition before alert from PEBLO? I saw my Re-enlistment code change to 4k for MEB/PEB results. Is that in conjunction with the code 37 or is it code 37, then AFPC decision, then re-enlistment code change?

Unfortunately I have no idea. I'm Navy. The answer is most likely going to be a no though.
