Questioning MEB process accuracy

Hello all,

I have been in the MEB process for about 2 months now for an ACL tear at the end of January. I have some questions regarding my situation because I believe there are some important issues here.

So, as I stated above, I had a complete ACL/Meniscus tear in January. I had surgery in March, and have been participating in physical therapy and meeting all my marks to the satisfaction of my physical therapist and surgeon, with the exception of running. As far as running goes, I can run for about 0.5 miles before I have discomfort. That being said, all other APFT events cause me no issues, and I have received a P3 profile authorizing an alternate aerobic event. My surgeon gave me a post-op recovery timeline of 9-12 months to be able to return to normal activity. I have not yet reached 8 months, and I was pulled in for a MEB. I explained to the physician that I have not even been allotted my prescribed recovery time, nor have I hit 12 months. She explained to me that she believes all the healing is done and that I will not return to normal physical activity. I asked for her reasoning behind that determination and got no sufficient answer. I tore my right ACL in 2014, and following my 9-12 month recovery period, I returned to duty perfectly fine. In addition to all this, my profile information is wrong, as the MEB provider is tracking that I have been on profile since May '17, yet I didn't get injured until January 18'. Her response to this was pretty much that it was my issue to figure out, she is just telling me what is in her records. So simply put, I guess my questions are as follows:

1.) How can she refer me for an MEB if I haven't reached my recovery time OR my MRDP?
2.) Why can I not be placed on a P2 profile instead of a P3? What supports that I am non-deployable?
3.) How can the length on profile be used in my MEB consideration when that information is inaccurate?
4.) Is it reasonable for her to make the determination that I will not progress anymore in recovery when I haven't even reached the end of my recovery time yet?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
