I got my findings and I am being separated with severance pay, I start terminal Friday Dec 17th last day active duty is January 11th. I am super paranoid I won’t ever receive my severance check my admin department is known for people waiting months for bah ect my questions are, how long does it normally take to receive severance? And who is in charge of making sure I get it? My admin department, PSD or DFASS. My admin is telling me since I’m being separated so fast they are gonna have to mail my DD214 to me because PSD is backed up. Any guidance and contacts for future use would be greatly appreciated.
