You are retired and are free to move wherever you like. Only "complication" would be if you moved to some remote location OCONUS, say Istanbul or Nepal, you would have to travel for your TDRL re-evaluation.

TonZa, Do you have PTSD and on the TDRL? if so you will most likely need to check in one a month or every other month I would think. When they call you in for re-examination they will want to see your progress notes from your treating psych. How will you do this if you move to Thailand? I plan to join you as well. I have a place in Thailand but will retire up north in Chiang Mai were I can live easy.I plan to move to Thailand after get out. Do I have to travel for my TDRL re-evaluation?
