Good morning everybody. Have been waiting on two of my c&p exams to be uploaded, one of which will be 2 months ago that I did the C&P. My only way to check was TOL as I got to go through all if my DBQ’s and see what was uploaded and what wasn’t. Now that Tricare Online has been retired is there any other place I can check and see if they were uploaded? I’ve checked Genesis and can not find anything pertaining to my exams in there. As well as is two months a normal time to wait for an exam to be uploaded? It is for MH and is not a referred condition. Thank you!

Your PEBLO should be able to access and send you all of the DBQ's.
Also your service provided PEB JAG/paralegal have visibility.
Both Provis and Chaplain Charlie provided correct responses. The key difference is that these DBQs were previously posted on Tricare Online at least 2-3 weeks before your PEBLO or DES Counsel would see them on their platform. It means that members and their counsel have to work a little faster to rebut incorrect DBQ reports than previously, as the VA D-RAS Rating Activity sites will begin working on your draft rating proposal upon receipt of the C&P exams. They do not wait for a fit or unfit determination to start working on your rating. They used to do so, but waiting frequently caused a backlog if a large number of cases were submitted within the same time frame. How do they decide if a DBQ is incorrect? I’ll have to look into the VA D-RAS I wasn’t aware that was a thing. But that last part is really cool, so you’re saying that once a C&P exam is completed the VA will start working on that specific claim ASAP regardless of the status of anything else including PEB status and other claims status’?
I'll reach out to my PEBLO, thank you! I was told the only way was to pay to send a 'Freedom of Information Act' request to the VA and wait months for them to send it all back! This is a HUGE help. Do they plan to start uploading these exams to MHS Genesis since TOL is decommissioned?
