Long shot but thought this was the place to ask...
My injury that had me on a med board was sustained while at a KD/UD live fire training event. Tore a muscle right off the bone playing with target points.
For purposes of tax free severance, is this something that can be considered instrumentality/training if I were to have the board reviewed by the BCNR?
