9 MAY 23 - Proposed Rating complete and sent to PEB
How did u find out proposed rating that’s fast. Unfit 3/29 still waiting on ratings
I’ve heard that sometimes extra raters get involved and this slows things down. I hope you find out soon! I’m like 3 wks behind you.
I was extremely thorough in moving the process along any way I could, I usually circumvented my peblo and would call organizations directly and find out things that the PEBLO wouldve taken 2 weeks to tell me. For example, that they needed a pulmonary test that i had already completed. My case had completely stopped and I was never notified, thank god I called. Also, the DBQs for my general exam were spot on and I had everything completed to a tee with all info, the gen examiner asked if i was in the medical field...I was like nope just tryna make this as easy as possible for everyone. I also called the VA and asked when the case was in and if it had a rater. turns out when my last DBQ was uploaded is when they started my case. Not when I was found unfit on April 7th. Which gave them another week to work with. Then last week they called for verification on a couple things and that was resolved on monday by the VA and examiners. Then the propose ratings were completed today after the info was gotten. I called again today to confirm everything. The VA REFUSED to give me my ratings, so I will get them from the office of disability counsel lawyers tomorrow instead since they want to be difficult. Then I'm expecting to have the 1180 signed after the PEB does their QA of the ratings by next friday and start my outprocessing immediately.
I have the same date as you. I was originally found unfit 3/22, but my PEBLO did not submit my paperwork right. Just got my VA ratings to decision phase yesterday.

Yay you’re almost there. It means the VA has your ratings and will send to IPEB soon.
Thats awesome! your claim is closed essentially and now it's in your PEBLOs court to get you to sign your 1180 and get your orders within 9 days of that. (after the PEB finalizes everything and assigns the DOD rating)

odd situation, i called and proposed ratings are done but the VA won't give me the proposed ratings. I've called twice since theyve been completed. So the case isn't closed out on the website and I have no confirmation of the PEB has received the the proposed ratings yet or not.
When did your claims close?
Tell them you’re in the transition of moving due to transitioning out and that you don’t have a P.O. Mail Box currently set-up. The right operator will send the Va rating letter via email.
It says May 9th, so fresh off the press. I've been told it can take 4 days for it to populate. My claim started/opened March 29th.
The two i talked to said under no cicumstances would they give my ratings as long as im in the IDES process. I was gonna do the whole ebenefits mydocuments trick after it closes out on the website. I met give it a go though after COB.
Gotcha. It worked for me first try.
