Yeah my package is about 4 weeks behind his so I am hoping this means we might hear soon. As to the pending decision, I wouldn't put too much stock in it. I check my ebenefits daily, just in case but sometimes ebenefits doesn't update. It all depends on your rater. I have seen several people on here say that their ebenefits still said "review of evidence" even after they had received ratings from PEBLO.

Indeed, it has been listed on my eBenefits account for nearly 7 months albeit I now have my DD Form 214 at this point in time. Therefore, it was transmitted to the MSC via the military RSO and my PEBLO.

14 conditions. a lot of it was jacked up though. The Marines found me unfit for two conditions and the VA only rated one and stated that the other there was no evidence of diagnosis..... its all over my records so I don't know why. but if anything goes smoothly for me its not being done right.
Dang, I got notified Monday that my package left the VA and walked over to the AFPC. (Air Force pers cent) Va must have smelled bad. On a real note. Im hearing that it may be weeks before the Peblo calls and says the magic words "Can you come by my office for your ratings?" Why yes I can. Hoping that they are outfreakinstanding and surpass my bottom limit of what Ill accept. Anyone been through this recently? If so, How long was your cloud nine period?
Well I'm at 86 days waiting for ratings. Most people here at Walter Reed are waiting between 3 and 4 months. Keeping my fingers crossed that my ratings will be in soon. Still no change on ebenefits but who knows. I am learning patience.

Hi. I am new, I don't know my exact dates but ebennies has been in prep for decision since 18 dec 13. I am having issues get an answer from my oh-so-helpful peblo and am hoping that there is good news coming but I don't know...sounds like everyone else is in the same boat.
About when was your stuff sent to the PEB and/or VA? Do you have a rough timeframe? It's kinda hard to know what to tell you if you don't know those dates.

contentions: migraine headaches which are debilitating, fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, depression, chronic gastritis, shoulder hip knew strain, tinnitus, memory laps, insomnia, urinary incontinence.
some are embarassing. I have been hospitalized a total of 3 times, ish, for the migraine as I have had it since july 2012. My peblo is...a peblo. DVA rep was not helpful at all. everything is documented in my record. I am still active duty. regional office is Providence.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for reminding me to put the dates in...memory issues are the worst.

My date of claim was 11 SEP 13. I am still in review of evidence. Considering that your date of claim is 7 AUG, it is safe to assume that your unfit was probably somewhere about a month ahead of mine. My unfit was 12 DEC. I would then guess that your unfit was probably early to mid November. If your stuff is in RI, you should expect to have ratings back any day now considering that you are likely around day 120 for rating purposes. That is unless there is a problem with your records. I would be very surprised if you don't hear anything from your PEBLO in the next couple weeks. That is just my 2 cents.
thank you for your 2 cents. this process has been...a struggle to say the least. I have been lurking on the boards to remind myself that people are going through the same thing with worse things than myself. I will keep y'all posted if I hear anything.

Hey folks I received my IDES findings today. The DOD rated me: 50% PDRL, and the VA : 70%.
I am content with the ratings and I am ready to move on with my life. I want to thank everyone here who has contributed and who has taken the time to help me and everyone else during this stressful process. Thank you.
My approximate timeline looks something like this:
Sept 2013: IDES Medboard initiated, VA appt's scheduled, etc.
Nov 20 2013 : Signed NARSUM
Early Dec 2013: Fount Unfit by PEB
Early Dec 2013: Providence RO receives IDES packet from PEB
Feb 04, 2014: Ebenefits changes to Pending decision approval (still currently there lol )
Feb 13, 2014: My VSO informed me my claim was complete Feb 11, 2013
March 7, 2014: PEBLO calls me to review findings
I am content with the ratings and I am ready to move on with my life. I want to thank everyone here who has contributed and who has taken the time to help me and everyone else during this stressful process. Thank you.

Wow congrats! I really hope I am right behind you. Very similar timeline to mine up until the pending decision of course. I'm still in review of evidence. I have made a decision to stop checking ebenefits altogether. It just makes me want to cry lol.
Ebenefits almost drove me crazy.
