Good afternoon, I was placed on TDRL in May with 100% DOD and 100% VA. I have been struggling since then. I still do not have a job and am not in school. I was admitted to a Residential Program for 60 days. I was placed on TDRL for PTSD and GAD. I was also diagnosed with MDD. I feel as tho there is no guidance. I have not been contacted by anyone for reevaluations. With being apart of the Residential Treatment Program, will they force me back to Active Duty? I am so scared and worried. I feel like I am battling 2 things at the same time: my mental health and the TDRL process. I didn't have any other options, I had to come here because I have never felt this bad before. I had to get help, I just don't want to get punished by being forced...
How to Use LipoVive (Dosing & Timing) Always follow the directions on your label. A common pattern for products like this: Capsules: 1–2 capsules, 1–2 times daily, 20–30 minutes before meals with a full glass of water. If it includes fiber like glucomannan: Water is non-negotiable; inadequate water can cause choking or GI discomfort. Caffeine content: If any, avoid late evening doses to protect sleep. Consistency beats intensity: Aim for steady, daily use rather than stop-start patterns. Lifestyle pairing for best results: Protein target: ~1.6–2.2 g per kg of body weight (general sports-nutrition guidance) helps satiety and lean-mass retention. Fiber: Shoot for 25–35 g daily from veggies, fruit, legumes, whole grains. Movement...
What is Arialief? Arialief is sold as a capsule-based dietary supplement formulated to support nerve function, reduce nerve pain and improve symptoms associated with neuropathy and sciatica. The product is available on its official website and on popular marketplaces, positioned as a “natural, science-backed” option for people who want to address the root causes of nerve discomfort rather than merely masking symptoms. The manufacturer lists a money-back guarantee and positions the formula as non-GMO, gluten-free and free of common allergens. Key ingredients and claimed mechanisms Arialief’s label highlights several ingredients commonly used in nerve-support formulations. The company describes these ingredients as working...
BLUF: USAR Chaplain (56A) with 3 YOS sent home from CHBOLC (Chaplain School) due to service-connected injuries (feet, knees, spine). Multiple DA 2173s link injuries to training. Permanent functional limitations make MOS graduation requirements (rucking, extended standing) unachievable. I am willing to undergo bunion and fracture repair surgeries (bunion is no longer manageable), but I am declining full reconstructive arch surgery for pes planus (flat feet), which I can manage as a civilian but not as a soldier. Concerned MEB/PEB may label as “recoverable” despite irreversible arthritis and worsening, symptomatic flat feet. Summary: Apr 2024 (IDT - BA Weekend): Right foot Lisfranc + severe bunion (hallux valgus) injury. DA 2173 signed...
TL;DR Battalion Doc willing to give me LOD for POTS caused by heat strokes. NCOs telling me I’ll get medboarded and screwed on benefits. Apologies for the beginner questions – I’m very much lost with how this works. I’m an M-Day in the Army Guard. I joined in July 2022 for a six year contract. I got a late start in the military, at age 36. In basic, I was briefly on profile for a low-grade stress injury, but otherwise I was fine. While my ACFT scores weren’t stunning (490ish) they weren’t horrible. In late spring 2024, I was on an ODT in west Africa. During a 2hr LFX on a 240B in 110-degree heat, I had a heatstroke. I wasn’t sent back to our FOB and just treated with IV & OTC meds by our battalion medical officer (O-4) who happened...

No one wants to give me any real answers so I was hoping someone on this platform could just give it to me straight. I'm AD Air Force and I was diagnosed with recurrent depression. I've been sent to psych twice; once for suicide ideation and the other for attempted suicide (both occurrences happened one year apart). Because my last trip in the hospital resulted from an actual attempt, I was told I'd be reviewed for eligibility for continued service. I'm no longer on the high interest list but I do have to frequently visit Mental Health. And I'm pretty closely watched by leadership if I take a little too long answering the phone or I seem off (ie I get in-person house calls sometimes). So would anyone who either experienced a similar...

How Does Arialief Work? Arialief adopts a multi-pronged approach to healing and nerve recovery: Anti-Inflammatory Action: Chronic inflammation is one of the primary triggers for nerve damage and pain. Ingredients like Turmeric and Boswellia in Arialief help reduce inflammation in the body, relieving pressure on nerves. Antioxidant Protection: Oxidative stress can damage nerve cells, especially over time. Arialief uses antioxidant-rich compounds such as Alpha Lipoic Acid to neutralize free radicals and prevent cellular degeneration. Circulation Support: Improved blood flow is essential for healing and delivering nutrients to affected areas. Butcher’s Broom and L-Carnitine help enhance circulation, ensuring the nerves get the oxygen...

EMEBR Date: 3/20/2025 Patient Check-in: 3/25/2025 DES Referral date: 4/2/2025 Multi-disciplinary briefing: 4/16/2025 CO’s NMA: 4/28/2025 First C&P exam: 5/7/2025 Last C&P exam: 6/9/2025 C&P reconciliation: 6/18/2025 Service Member’s Personal Impact Statement: 7/10/2025 CA certification: 7/10/2025 My MEB was sent to the PEB on 14 July 2025. I spoke with my attorney and he said I should get my results back in about 4 weeks. They're expediting my PEB because I'm a transgender service member and am currently at risk of involuntary administrative separation. I've attached my Personal impact statement as well. I don't know if anyone else is currently going through something similar but I hope this can help someone similarly situated.
My VA claim closed on July 2nd. My PEBLO said everything was good and we’re just waiting on my findings from the DOD side. Today I received a call from QTC saying they scheduled me for an appointment regarding my sinusitis claim which was already addressed during my c&p exam in April. Do I have to go to this exam?
I just got flagged for being overweight even though I passed my aft, but my peb decision is already pending before the flag, my first sgt told me that even though I am waiting for peb that if I don't pass the corrective training of getting back in shape, I will get administrative separation, but my issue is that I might get decision from peb before I begin or finish the weight control program, so my question is what should I do and how acurate is my 1st sgt because I know they can lie sometimes I am just terrified Thank you in advance for your answers
DoD Instruction 1332.18 Vol 1, Table 2, PG 39, states service members have 26 days for transition, EXCLUDING ACCRUED LEAVE aka terminal leave and PTDY. PERS by instruction is supposed to write disability retirement orders so sailors can take: “106 days” 26 days transition, 60 days terminal leave, 20 days PTDY! PERS-9 knows this but is ignoring this instruction which they claim is their bible and only authorizes sailors 26 days. This is a huge issue and for me is a ~$40,000 loss since I will lose the leave and cannot sell back any more leave!
Happy 4th to everyone, I medically retired with a 50% for PTSD, and total VA rating to 90% June 30,2024 and retired. I had my VA reexamination back on FEB 10, 2025, and the claim closed at 50%. So, I thought that was it, I'm done with that for a bit. Then I got a phone call from Madigan army medical center at JBLM to schedule me for my PDRL appointment. I then asked the lady, she said something about we would use the VA rating but since big army didn't request it I have to do it again. Sorry guys if that doesn't make sense, I'm very confused. My question is I recently went to inpatient for personal reasons, and since my appointment for the DOD side in next month. What happens if they give me 70% for mental health. How does that work...
7 years AD Air Force. Notified of an AMRO review being done on June 12th, 2025, and that it may take until after the 4-day holiday (4th of July) to hear any sort of decision. Should I reach out to my PCM if I don't hear anything soon or just wait until a phone call from the clinic? Reason being I have ulcerative colitis and ongoing joint pain. My GI doctor prescribed me rinvoq (immunosuppressant) to treat inflammation and flare ups. So far, it's okay but doc told me I'd be taking this medication indefinitely. From my knowledge this is a disqualifying drug and is deeming me unfit for service? How long does this process normally take to hear something back? Is anyone else going through something similar? Anything helps, thanks!
