Grizz, my buddy that just got medically retired did absolutely nothing with regard to promotion and his orders promoted him to E6 without him doing a thing.

My BDE S1 won't do anything for me due to me being flagged for weight. I'm hoping that I will get it automatically like he did.
 
As long as you have promotion points on your ERB, transitions will put your new rank on your orders which will be effective as of your last day in the army

What if someone was promotable with points on their ERB, but was dropped off the list for not having a valid PT test, having a perm. profile not being able to do a PT Test while in the medboard process?
 
MEB cannot be a reason for not getting promoted. Suggest you get in touch with your local Ombudsman and legal
 
checked my ebenefits today and i went back to prep for decision...i wonder what happened or just a glitch
 
we got the call we were put on the traspoc list today and we got into the briefing today! we will be out if all goes as planed out and driving to georgia by dec. 10th!
 
Congrats, can I ask what are your timelines. My MSC told me that OCT 1 my proposed ratings were sent to the PEB but as of today still no update. I did see today there was an update on MY MEB/PEB but I think that is a PEBLO change so not much more than that. I thought by now I would at least see my 199. I am ok with waiting till the holidays if that is what is what will happen.
 
That is awesome. I am waiting for my PRE-LIMS to be sent to me and then the signing of my 199.
 
now im back to pending approval lol
 
well its my husband not mine but it would not help he got stuck in the madighan ptsd crap and then we had to get patty murey involved becuse he has actualy been going through the process for almost 2 years
 
They sent my stuff off to PEB OCT 30
