if it were to pass what exactly does that mean? My D0D is 40% my VA is 100%, my full retirement is $1555 but I only get $590 due to some weird voodoo math and cause i didn't serve 20 years. I do get the full 100% VA. If it passes would that mean I would get the FULL DOD at $1555??

ok i think since i was less then 20 years they took the high three and subtracted 2.5%x6 from that to get the final high three, not sure but IF they did that then that is where the $888 came into play
