This should help you calculate what to expect. Also, most likely you will be collecting pay through the VA in order to collect the higher amount and your rank does not affect your disability pay, it is only based off of your percentage.

I got a copy of all of my C&P reports from my PEBLO. It was when I reviewed and signed my NARSUM, but you might be able to get it from them earlier. EDIT: keep in mind these are just the reports and appointment notes and hold no recommendations of fitness or ratings.
