Approving Authority changing my permanent profiles with clear bias

Active Duty Army. Currently at the last appeal of my MEB.

Something I did not catch until the IMR response was returned was that the Rheumatologist checked yes, I could do all APFT events on my initial P3 profile. No where did they mention anything about ACFT events. In the medical instructions to the unit commander they said to exercise at my own pace/ tolerance and distance. I had an appointment with my pain management doctor the following day and got another (2) P3 profiles for my neck and spine. They said no ACFT or ACFT alternatives - physical activity/ PRTC, SM is undergoing medboard. I received them right in time to send with my appeal.

Two business days later the 2nd signature (Approving authority who is also the lady overseeing my Medboard) went in and dropped them to P2 profiles, removed what the pain management doctor wrote, she wrote a biased encounter and made remarks that not only should I be attending all formations but that I could do 2 ACFT events that I clearly can’t do. She purposely disregarded the last 3 months of physical therapy, chiropractor, medications, and selectively picked from a few VA responses to justify her changes.

My questions are:
Can she change my permanent profiles my doctors have written?
Can she also state which exercises I can be doing with either complete disregard of recent X-rays, MRIs and multiple doctors stating there is injury?

Even in the IMR response, the doctor said she agreed with me in that I should not be doing any of the ACFT or alternative exercises but the MEB doctor is disregarding that as well.

I meet with the Rheumatologist Thursday (2 days) morning to talk but by that time the MEB Response will have already been sent and they will see the most current profile she wrote when looking at my appeal.

I’m trying my best not to go off and be emotional about this but… I’m a bit upset you could say. Any advice would be awesome.
