Questions concerning retirement orders and TDRL

Hello!
Before anything, I just wanna say I love this forum. I had been lurking since Februrary after finding out I was going to be med boarded. This forum has so much helpful advice, it really helped me prepare for this entire process. Thank you!

Now, on Monday, October 1st I finally received my numbers back from the VA, and on the 3rd, I saw my shirt and submitted paperwork regarding my days of leave and permissive tdy to my peblo- my peblo informed me that she submitted the paperwork, and that "next is my orders". (My peblo has been amazing)

Now I've read from y'all that it can take from 2 weeks to 30 days, but more often people have received them within those 2 weeks or earlier. I'm trying to be patient (which I'm so bad at), but I just want to be sure- is there anyone I need to speak to, or any paperwork in need to fill out to initiate my medical retirement orders, or is everything set and I just need to be patient and wait?

Second question, my husband and I are applying for a home loan during this. I'm going to be placed on TDRL after my DOS, and I'm trying to submit paperwork to my loan officer regarding pay I will be receiving during that time. I am aware I will be receiving 50%-75% of my base pay during my time on TDRL, but is there anyone I can talk to, or any forms I can receive that'll reflect the dollar amount that I will be receiving, so I can submit it to my loan officer?
I've tried googling this, but man I have no idea how to search it properly.

Thank yoh so much for any and all help, I really appreciate y'alls time!!

You probably will be receiving mostly VA compensation and not retired pay but not always depending on what your VA ratings are. Log into ebenefits and click on letter generator to generate your benefits letter it will have your pay and pertinent service information on there. Because you are not technically out yet this may not be available.

Oh, well would you look at that! Makes so much sense, I must of glossed over that.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help!
