Well, well, well; good deal and indeed congratulations on your recent receipt of a DoVA award letter for 100% P&T! :D

BTW, good job with implementing other avenues to cope with the processing wait times while in the DoD IDES. ;)

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!

Yes Sir, Thanks!, got hold of PEBLO today she said 100 VA/70 DOD, waiting on DA 199 next.

For my second go around much faster response.....
180 days from the time unfit letter was sent to the VA an then received ratings. Jan 9, 2014 to July 9, 2014.

Good deal and congratulations on the notification receipt of your revised DoD and DoVA proposed ratings! :D

That said, no worries; you are quite welcome, indeed! Take care and enjoy life! :)

Congratulations! Please post as your timeline develops. You and I are about the same timeline.

when did you start and how long have you been going with it? How much longer do you think it will take you?
I started in November 2013. I'm hoping to be on ptdy and terminal leave the first part of August.

I hit my retirement date today, my entire MEB process took 371 days, i envy all these people getting their ratings back sub 200 days, you all have no idea how lucky you are.

Indeed, congratulations to you as a newly military retiree / military disabled veteran! :)

That said, take care and now it's truly time to start enjoying life again! ;)

I finished my active duty case last month at just over 700 days. That time includes a NARSUM IMR, NARSUM addendums, FPEB, VARR and a few clerical errors by the PEB that took 2 months to sort out. The timeline was tedious, but the process worked as intended and the VARR was worth the extra effort.

Ditto, I can definitely concur with your comments for sure; a total of 618 calendar days in the DoD IDES process is my case-in-point! ;)

Nonetheless, never default acceptance to potential injustice; fight then continue to fight some more until receipt of the desired expectation results while in the DoD IDES MEB/PEB process!

How long does it take to hit TRANSPOC after DA 199 is signed? I am trying to go on leave ASAP (Have my DA 31 signed already and will request an early separation)

ALCON,

I received and signed my 199 today 90 DOD/100 VA TDRL:):):):):) My claim reach Seattle 4/28/14. Rating complete 7/3/2014. and 199 received today. I am so thankful that it didn't take so long. Just waiting on the next step. I do have one question. Do you receive your orders before or after the retirement brief?

Hmm, from my experiences within the DoD IDES process, it depends on the DoD IDES case load by HQ USAPDA at this point in time.

That said, final adjudication of DoD IDES case files by HQ USAPDA could take a minimum 2 days while it could also take a potential maximum of a couple of weeks unfortunately!

Welcome to the PEB Forum! :)

Wow! Indeed congratulations on your recent receipt and acceptance of IPEB findings inclusive of DoD TDRL and DoVA proposed ratings! :D

From my experiences within the DoD IDES process, military disabilty retirement orders for official placement onto TDRL are issued prior to the attendance at the military retirement briefing albeit each military transition center may have their own local procedures/policies in effect! Take care and enjoy!

My proposed ratings were compete on 27 June 2014. I still have not received my DA199 and have NO IDEA what my ratings are still. Is this normal?

Unfortunately, this seems to be the "norm" or "business practice" since either the PEBLO and/or MSC will not usually volunteer any DoVA D-RAS proposed ratings until receipt of the IPEB finding (e.g., DA Form 199). :(

Hmm, on a brighter note, it seems that you should be receiving your DA Form 199 very soon either this week or NLT next week for sure in my opinion; it's normally a 2 week to 1 month duration for completion. ;) Take care and enjoy!
