On April 2nd, 2020, I was called by my PEBLO to finally go over the IPEB's findings of my package. The VA rated me at 90% and DOD rated me at 10% for torn hip labrum which I had to get surgery for. I accepted the finding and did not rebut to go to a FPEB. It is now April 26, 2020 and i have not seen a change of my EAS date on MOL. I had to sign my first extension back in November which put my EAS date to May 31st, 2020. I don't see HQMC changing my EAS date, but as far as checking out.. Am I getting a letter from HQMC that notifies me of a new EAS date, so that I can use it to as evidence to take to DMO (aka TMO) to start my HHG move or am I good to go ahead and go see them without any pushback? I have a majority of my check-out sheet complete, but am not sure if I can proceed with getting my final physical done and DMO if I am waiting for something from HQMC? Am I going to get anything or is it just up to me now to complete my check out and transition out? My IPAC is being not the most helpful and is not humble enough to call HQMC to ask for clarification of my status. Is it okay for me to call them myself? If so, what section should I contact?

I am trying to be as detailed as possible for anyone who may go through this same issue in the future.

Hey sorry this is a bit late, but so be it. You shouldn't have to do a final physical if you're being medically separated. I signed April 10th and I'm still waiting as well. Hopefully we see our EAS change this week. Have you tried taking your conclusion letter that officially states you are unfit for duty and will be separated between 45-90 days to DMO? You can call MMSR-4 anytime, the number is (703)784-9308. Just don't bet on them being too helpful, they haven't been for me.
