okay so my MEB process started Jan 12 2019. My last appointment with the VA 4 JUNE 2019. My PEBLO told me the VA hasn’t updated my stuff since 23 MAY 2019!! What the heck!? He said “I’ll give them an email” (this was on Monday). I’m just frustrated. can I contact the VA myself and see what the heck is going on!? I’m frustrated cause my PEBLO is being vague.
Your last C&P was 4 June? If so you have a while(weeks to months) until your C&P meet the MEB, and then you have a while until VA gets that package back if it requires ratings (days to weeks), then you have a bit until you see your ratings (days to weeks). Patience.
I share in your frustration. It is such an excruciating process that literally puts your life on hold. I finished my last exam on 30 May and QTC still has not returned my reports to my PEBLO or the VA. Praying that once it gets back to VA it’ll go faster. So, I feel your pain. I can’t even start planning retirement even though I’m already eligible to retire.
Wow my MEB started in Jan why did it take them so long to schedule your exams that is odd. You can always call the Va and ask questions you may not like the answers but at this point and rate maybe questions are what you need to be asking. You still have a lot of the process left it sounds like they haven't even got your narsum yet, very odd. I started Jan 11 and am awaiting my findings currenting at va getting proposed ratings to be exact. Reach out to your MTF ombudsman to see if you can get some answers would be my advice.
