Thank you. I found out that there is only a couple of ways to leave Fort Riley. ETS, Retiring, MEB, or chapter. It is rare to PCS. Even if you PCS, down the road you will end up back here.

I got my orders on January 9, 2013 and I final out on February 4th. I start my terminal leave February 5th. I am so excited about leaving Fort Riley.

I am signing my 199. I found out that I am getting 10% Army and 30% VA. I am going to sign and get my severance pay. I am so excited.

Eagleone is correct. I was going to give an ICE comment card for the PEBLO that is helping me out, but if I do that then I could get him in trouble for providing me information. My PEBLO hasn't been helping me either, but I will let her boss know after I am done signing my 199.

My stuff didn't get to the VA for like a little over a month. Once it gets to the VA, the ebenefits will change. Mine changed as soon as it was received.

The way you can tell is to log into ebenefits to check the status. www.ebenefits.va.gov When you are registered there, then you can check the status of your claim. When the status changes from review of evidence to preparation for decision, that means that the PEB has made and unfit decision...

My MSC told me that I would have to wait and go over my stuff with my PEBLO when the 199 is done. My MSC has my ratings from the VA that the VA sent to her and to the PEB.
